Gather Technology provides IT support and solutions for businesses across the UK. They’re experts in what they do, but IT services can be tricky to explain on a website without overwhelming people.
They came to me needing a website that explains their services clearly, builds trust quickly, and makes it easy for people to get in touch or sign up for updates.
The website needed to feel modern and professional, and reflect the way Gather work with their clients. Each service needed its own space, explained simply, so visitors could quickly find what was relevant to them.
Behind the scenes, their enquiry and newsletter forms needed to connect to HubSpot, the CRM their team already uses. And it all needed to sit on a flexible WordPress setup that’s easy to keep updated as the business evolves.
I started with the structure. I organised the site so visitors can quickly understand what Gather do, who they help, and how to take the next step.
From there, I built a dedicated page for each service. Every offering is easy to find and simple to understand, which helps visitors and search engines alike.
The website works smoothly on every screen, from desktop to tablet to mobile. And it’s set up with solid on page structure and SEO basics in place, giving Gather a good foundation for being found online over time.
This was one of my favourite parts of the project. Every enquiry form and the newsletter sign up are fully integrated with HubSpot, so new leads go straight into Gather’s CRM automatically.
That means nobody has to copy details across by hand, and no enquiry gets missed. It’s a small thing that saves the team a lot of time.
A website can explain everything perfectly and still lose people at the last step. So I made sure there are clear calls to action throughout, gently guiding visitors towards getting in touch, booking a call or signing up for updates.
Gather Technology now has a clear, professional website that supports their sales and marketing, and is easy for their team to manage day to day.
