Paper Room Creative are a divine interior design organisation that is on a mission to demystify the design process, inspire confidence, and help homeowners create a practical and beautiful place to live. They do this through a selection of beautiful and valuable products – both physical and digital – that give the customer the tools they need to design and bring their dream home to life.

What we did

Paper Room Creative is the brainchild of Sarah Partington; a successful business owner who already had a thriving interior design company based in Hampshire. However, she had a long-held dream of meaningfully sharing her years of interior design experience and wisdom with those who, perhaps, couldn’t afford to work 1-1 with a designer. The big, burning question? Should she add this service to her current website, or build a totally new presence and website altogether?

Well, luckily for #TeamLBB (‘cos we REALLY wanted to work with her!), Sarah decided to go for the full, bespoke eCommerce package.

In terms of the website, Paper Room Creative’s primary focus was physical and digital sales. Both needed to be available through the store, and both would need different customer journeys and backend setup. In addition, the company had lots of fantastic free downloadable products that would need to be linked through MailerLite, as well as the ability to book calls through Dubsado, take payments through Stripe and seamlessly represent her sophisticated and elegant brand.

We’re over the moon with the end result, and so is Sarah. We were able to add loads of nifty little extras (such as email customisers with conditional logics, mini landing pages for products, in stock notifiers and add to basket pop ups) but without anything ever looking clunky or straying from Paper Room Creative’s clean and cohesive brand. The website is inspiring, user-friendly and super engaging. We really are SO proud and can’t wait to see how this impacts Sarah’s awesome business.
