I met April through networking, and when she mentioned she's happy to work on websites she hasn't originally developed, it was a bit of a penny-drop moment for me. I'd been stuck on specific pages of my website and didn't want to overhaul the whole thing, so I approached April to help with just those. She gave me a clear quote upfront and delivered exactly what she said she would, on time. I'm delighted with the results. It's one more task off my list, and my website is only going to work harder for my business as a result. I contacted several companies locally to assist with setting up my new website. April stood out as being able to help me the most within the budget I had. She wasn't neccessarily the cheapest but not the highest either. The package was right and April understood exactly waht I was looking for and created a website I'm really proud of. It looks great, so professional and has the right vibe for my face to face social dating venture. April was always very responsive to alterations and questions. She continues to sort little questions I have, as it's fair to say I am very untechy! I recived training too, it's just left for me to make it work now! We worked with April and Little Big Box to rebuild our NHS GP practice website from scratch. April was amazing — the site had to meet various NHS compliance requirements, which she researched and resolved, and she created something that not only ticks all the boxes but is also really easy to use. We've had great feedback from our patients.  She was super helpful, responsive, and made the whole process of getting a new website up and running really easy and stress-free. I worked with Graham on the SEO of my website which is an area I know nothing about. The report was very thorough and Graham is now coaching me through the implementation of my new SEO strategy. Only time will tell if my hard work will pay off but I have been really impressed with Graham and the level of support and service I have received. We worked with April recently to create a new website for our Sports Nutrition business from scratch. We had loads of ideas but we were finding it hard to create what we wanted ourselves with the free option provided to us by our shop platform. We had a call with April to talk through what we were hoping to achieve and she was able to bring our ideas together into exactly what we were hoping for! As part of the process we also switched our hosting over to Littlebigbox and have worked on some additional features with April since launch. She is always there to discuss new ideas, answer questions and support with things when needed which is so helpful for a growing business. The training guide you receive from her is fantastic too with specific video demos of functionality making it easy to follow to complete basic tasks. During the project we had a few bumps (I mean what project doesn't!) but April never shied away from a difficult conversation, she never disappeared or ignored things and was open and honest throughout the process meaning we could navigate any difficulties together and keep things on track. I really enjoyed working with April on our initial launch and will be continuing to do so on some future ideas for the site!
