The client

Lonsdale Medical Centre, based in North West London, approached us to design and build a new NHS-compliant website that was easy to manage and accessible for all their patients. Their old site had become difficult to update and didn’t meet the latest NHS Digital and accessibility standards, so they needed a fresh start with something clear, secure, and user-friendly.

What we did

We designed and built a brand-new WordPress website tailored to NHS standards focusing on clarity, accessibility, and ease of use. The site structure was completely rebuilt to make patient journeys simpler, and we created custom content areas for quick access to key information such as opening hours, online forms, and local services.

We also carried out on-page SEO to help the practice appear more prominently in local searches, ensuring patients in the surrounding area can easily find them online.

Alongside this, we provided full staff training and set up a secure hosting environment to ensure the site runs smoothly and remains fully compliant.
